On November 14, 2022 I was helping one of my favorite customers they wanted an item off a top shelf which needed me to get the 9 ft ladder which happened to be on the floor right next to the register desk which really should had been in the back room not on the floor. I also wasn’t aware that the ladder was broken before claiming up on the ladder. I fell off the 9 ft ladder causing serious injures to my lower back and spine.
