Pradaxa® has been linked to a number of serious and potentially life-threatening complications.

Were you taking Pradaxa® because you were diagnosed with a heart condition known as non-valvular atrial fibrillation? Pradaxa® has recently been found to have a number of negative side effects. Studies show that Pradaxa® patients have a 33% higher risk of heart attack or heart disease symptoms in comparison to warfarin® patients. Other potential Pradaxa® Injuries include:

  • Brain hemorrhage
  • Dizziness
  • Gastrointestinal problems
  • Internal bleeding
  • Joint pain
  • Joint swelling
  • Kidney bleeding
  • Nausea
  • Weakness
  • Death

The following symptoms are indications of excessive internal bleeding:

  • Bleeding that lasts a long time
  • Coughing up blood
  • Dizziness
  • Headaches
  • Joint pain
  • Red or black stools
  • Swelling
  • Uncontrollable, severe bleeding
  • Urine that is pink or brown
  • Vomit that looks like coffee grounds
  • Vomiting blood
