On January 9, 2012, Franklin D. Azar was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee for the Pinnacle Hip Implant Products Liability Litigation. This Steering Committee is a group of attorneys selected to oversee the multi district litigation serve as a guiding force on the plaintiffs side. Mr. Azar will help coordinate the litigation and facilitate the recovery and settlement process.
