Keith Scranton chairs the firm’s Class Action Department where he litigates and oversees employment and insurance class actions across the nation. He specializes in complex litigation, product liability, wage and hour law, and SEC Whistleblower claims. His litigation practice includes appellate work, motions work, and oral arguments before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and various trial courts. Keith helped secure an $11.5 million trial verdict on behalf of a student athlete in an action against one of the nation’s largest football helmet manufacturers and his coaches, and has successfully fought against employee arbitration provisions in wage and hour litigation. Having received his Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, he went on to receive his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law.
Keith is licensed to practice in Colorado. He has also been admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and numerous federal district and state courts both on motion and pro hac vice. Keith is member of the American, Colorado, and Denver Bar Associations.
