Thomas J. Dwyer was born in Chicago, IL in 1955. He attended undergraduate school at Augustana College in Rock Island, IL where he earned is B.A. in History in 1977. Tom attended the University of Loyola of Chicago School of Law and received his J.D. in May 1981. Tom obtained a license to practice law in Illinois in September 1981, and his license to practice law in Colorado in May 1986.
He began his practice in personal injury litigation in Illinois before becoming an Assistant District Attorney in Adams County, Colorado in 1986. Tom worked for another personal injury law firm in Denver from 1989 to 2000. He has also had his own practice before joining this firm. Tom was a featured speaker at a Colorado Trial Lawyer’s Association seminar regarding the collateral source rule on February 27, 2009. Tom specializes in the negotiation, settlement, and litigation of personal injury cases.
