Daniel P. Buttram was born March 14, 1978 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Daniel was admitted to the New Mexico State Bar in 2005 and the U.S. District Court, District of New Mexico in 2006. Daniel graduated from the University of New Mexico with a bachelor’s degree in 2000 and a Juris Doctorate in 2005. He was a Lead Articles Editor of the Natural Resources Journal from 2004-05. Mr. Buttram is also a member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyer’s Association. Mr. Buttram’s primary areas of practice are personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, automobile negligence, insurance bad faith and premises liability.
