Cheryl Rose was born August 8, 1952 in St.Louis Missouri. She received a B.A from Smith College in North Hampton, Massachusetts and later obtained her J.D from Washington University School of Law in St.Louis, Missouri. After graduating law school, Ms. Rose assisted the House Counsel of the Dunes Hotel & Country Club in Las Vegas, Nevada. Later she practiced Labor and Employment Law in St. Louis and, in 1987 , began her career in representing union railroad workers injured on the job.
While working in Illinois, she effectively represented hundreds of railroad workers who suffered permanent hearing loss from on-the-job exposure to excessive noise and obtained millions of dollars in related claims and suits for her clients. Since that time, she has proudly and successfully represented railroad workers across the country for Federal Employers Liability Act claims and continues this practice today.
Ms. Rose spends much of her time representing those persons injured in automobile/motorcycle accidents in adddition to premise liability cases. Ms.Rose is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Illinois, Wyoming, and Colorado. She is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and the Colorado Bar Association.
